Please contact the Home-Based Coordinator regarding the level of Parent Directed or Shared Responsibility reimbursement that is eligible for your student.

Students must turn in a completed Program Plan, signed Home Education Notification Form, provide work samples and be registered before the last school day in September of the current school year to be eligible for funding. The earliest date to start making purchases for school related items and materials is the first day of the new school year, preferably after registration paperwork is completed.
